Someone who is involved with fans, aiming to improve Transfandom in the UK. Someone who has spent a considerable amount of their own personal time using it to develop their own interest in Transformers. Someone who may have increased the awareness of Transfandom in the UK. Someone who has achieved and accomplished things this year of an exceptional standard. They may run a Website, Message Board or Chatroom.
